Chris Hartnett began his career in 1998, evaluating and designing existing and new buildings around the Upper Midwest, across the United States and in London, England. His unique knowledge in structural engineering and design for existing and historic buildings makes Chris an invaluable member on any preservation team.

Expertise includes forensic evaluation, renovation, restoration, rehabilitation, repair and stabilization, and adaptive reuse. In addition, Chris brings this expertise to the design and construction of new buildings, commercial and residential large and small.

Converting old buildings into beautiful new spaces is my passion.
