Heath Loy Barn Evaluation, Oronoco, MN, 2023. Evaluated a 100-year-old barn for modern assembly load for adaptive reuse into a music venue. Created computer model of complicated historic braced-frame structures. Made recommendations for reinforcing of the wood superstructure and the concrete basement and foundation.

Mary Knoll Barn, Rochester, MN, 2023. Evaluated the original St. Mary’s Hospital, Rochester dairy barn for assembly loads, for adaptive reuse into a wedding venue. The barn construction included historic clay tile walls on the first level and wood-framed, gothic-arch roof structure.

Sauk Center Historic Creamery, Sauk Center, MN. 2023. Evaluated the 1920s small-town creamery to determine the extent of damage and the viability of the building for future reuse.

Harmony McMichael Grain Elevator evaluation, Harmony, MN. 2024. Evaluated an historic wood-framed grain elevator. Diagnosed the cause and extent of the out-of-plumb elevator, designed bracing and basement reinforcement.
