Veteran’s Administration

Tampa VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) and Domiciliary, Tampa, FL. 2021-2023; $55 million, large VA clinic and dormitory for inpatient and outpatient veteran mental health care. Project was a steel-framed building, designed to withstand high wind events, not uncommon to the area.

CBOC Clinic, Victoria, TX. 2023; $12 million clinic for outpatient veteran mental health care. Project was a steel-framed one-story building.

Northport Veteran’s Hospital, Northport, NY. 2022-present. $5 million. Data center to support multi-building Veteran’s hospital.

Puerto Rico Air National Guard Hanger and Communication Facility, San Juan, PR. 2023; $75 million. Provided peer review of new C17 hanger and small communication facility to replace buildings destroyed in Hurricane Maria. Tasks included creating a RISA 3D model of the hanger to confirm capacities of large steel space trusses spanning over the hanger.

Offutt Air Force Base Recreation Facility, Omaha, NE, 2021-2022; $12 million. A 10,000 square foot wood-framed meeting hall, offices, and facilities. Project included a large and complicated long-span multi-gabled roof over the building that was raised on a 10’ tall earth pedestal to raise it above a flood plain.

Various Air Force buildings at several bases across the country. Projects included a new security dog kennel, a mini-mart, modifications to a military cemetery, modifications to historic forts.
